Our Care Process

The first step in our process begins with completing a comprehensive health history form. From there, our team takes the time to thoroughly review your or your child’s case, listening closely, asking the right questions, and working to identify the underlying causes of your health concerns.

Many of our clients share that, for the first time, they feel truly heard and understood. It’s often the moment where hope is restored, because they finally begin to understand why they or their child have been struggling, and what can be done about it.

During your initial visit, we take an in-depth look at the function of your central nervous system using advanced, state-of-the-art technology known as INSiGHT Scans. These consist of three, non invasive, distinct assessments that help detect, measure, and quantify stress and tension within the autonomic nervous system. Learn more about this process here.

These scans primarily assess for signs of dysautonomia and vagus nerve dysfunction, terms that indicate a nervous system under significant stress, struggling to regulate and function as it should.

The last step of our first visit entails a thorough neurospinal exam, assessing for specific areas of interference and dysfunction contributing to autonomic nervous system imbalances.

This marks the end of the first visit with the total time being around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Rest assured we will take as much time as we need to feel confident we can help your family reach their goals!

Our Care Planning System integrates your or your child’s unique case history, including factors such as past traumas, toxin exposure and illnesses, with the results of our neurological examination and INSiGHT Scans. This comprehensive approach allows us to determine the precise frequency and duration of chiropractic care you or your child needs.

Every care plan is fully personalised and tailored to the individual, never a one-size-fits-all or cookie-cutter approach.

This is the most important aspect of what we do and how we drive results!

The Report of Findings visit, where you’ll sit down with your chiropractor to review your or your child’s INSiGHT Scan results, neurological exam findings, and their personalised care plan. During this visit, we take the time to answer ALL of your questions and address any concerns, ensuring you feel fully informed and confident moving forward.

For many families, this visit is an exciting turning point, because for the first time, there’s a clear, customised plan to help get their or their child’s health and healing back on track.
